With Us

The first gastro trip, with Fez as the destination, took place in February 2019, where we uncovered the secrets of Moroccan cuisine with Chef Najat Kaanache at her restaurant, Nur.

Following trips took us to Valencia, San Sebastián, Granada, Rias Baixas, Tokyo and Sicily. In all these visits, we had a deluxe host/hostess who introduced their hometowns and traditions. We learned to cook paella, tonkatsu, espetos, sfincioni; visited the most beautiful markets and even did a masterclass on Italian spirits, where we tried 11 different cocktails 😉
